Shipping Policy

    • 1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

      • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time (Transit Time)

      We offer secure Standard Shipping for all local and international orders. Delivery timelines begin after the processing period mentioned above.

      • Pakistan (Local): Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

      • UK, Germany, France, Italy, Canada & Europe: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

      • USA, China & Rest of World: Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

      Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and courier delays.

      3. Shipping Charges

      We charge a simple Flat Rate shipping fee based on your delivery destination. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout:

  1. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  2. Undeliverable Packages

    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping charges may apply.

    • We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

    • Returns must be requested within 10 of receiving your order.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized embroidery products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • Sale items are final and non-refundable.

  3. Return Process

    • To request a return, please contact us at info@embroiderycrests.com. with your order number and details.

    • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  4. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges
